After your initial dental exam, Dr. Thapar-Dua will review the xrays and clinical findings of your loved ones and then present options for treatment. She’ll carefully explain every aspect of the dental care needed, providing you with the knowledge you’ll need to make informed choices. Because we want to keep their smile healthy and beautiful long-term, Dr. Thapar-Dua places composite fillings instead of amalgam. In this mobile dental setting, we do not do extensive treatment plans with implants, crowns and bridges. We make exceptions, but our goal is to stay basic and simple and provide treatment plans for comfort.

To provide this excellent service to our senior patients, Dr. Thapar-Dua developed SENIOR smile. Each week, she travels to provide oral healthcare to residents in senior living communities as well as homebound persons. SENIOR smile is not a mobile dental clinic in that the care is performed in a van. Rather, Dr. Thapar-Dua brings a state-of-the-art, portable unit to provide care in senior living centers and homes and sets up shop in the Doctor’s suite, Wellness Center or a open room.
